We immediately contacted Dylan and within three days we were pre-approved through Atlantic Bay for a FHA loan. We began the search for a home. Dylan was attentive to our hopes and needs and came through finding a home for us that checked all the boxes (even some boxes we didn’t even know needed to be checked)! Within a week we were under contract and we closed within the month! Dylan was responsive, knowledgable, thoroughly efficient through the whole process! He even got us some extra concessions that helped us lower our closing costs!
